Vendor bills and receipts are emailed monthly with Owner Statements and are also available through our online Owner Portal.
The Owner has the option of handling all maintenance issues if they choose. This will be available to determine in the Property Management Agreement with LaurelTree.
We offer comprehensive inspections at one-year intervals, ensuring the ongoing health and maintenance of your property. The cost usually ranges from $425-$600, depending on the square footage of your property.
