Collecting rent is easy if you have the perfect tenant who pays on time! But what if they don’t? Having someone in your corner who knows tenant law and the proper notices to send is critical!

If a tenant has gone beyond the grace period of the lease we provide them with a late rent notice, where we collect the appropriate late fees along with the normal rent amount. Worse case, if we have a tenant that does stop paying rent, we will assist you in finding legal counsel for your eviction process. We take extensive move-out photos, move-in photos, open houses, and begin marketing the property, which is usually a three-week process.

Every resident will be paying through the Rentvine Portal. When they receive an invite, they will easily log into the Tenant Portal.

Rent is usually due on the first of each month. It is late on the sixth day of the month. Every five days rent is late, a fee can be added. This is always agreed upon by the Owner and LaurelTree Property Management in the Property Management Agreement.
