Can you hold a place before I apply?

No. The process requires a fully completed application from all applicants. Then all applications go through the same screening process before selecting a Tenant.
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

You may pay all fees together or the first and last month’s rent and separately pay the refundable security deposit when signing a lease.
How old do you have to be to apply?

Each person 18 years of age or older must complete and sign an application and only the applicants may reside in the property. If a co-signer is necessary, the co-signer must also complete and sign an application. A cosigner accounts for the financial end of the agreement.
Is the deposit refundable?

Within 31 days after you move out and return your keys, the landlord must either return your deposit or tell you in writing why all or some of it is not being refunded.

I want to get a pet. What should I do?

When you sign a lease, a pet agreement may be signed with an additional fee, if the Landlord allows pets.
